Q: Can I get compensated for listings left behind?
A: We realize that listings are the life blood of our industry. As a courtesy to our agents considering a transition, we will offer to pay your current Broker our company dollar on those listings if they sell during the current listing period on all listings brought to our company.
Q: Can I get compensated for Pending listings left behind?
A: Yes. It is our policy to compensate the agent for lost revenue on their current pending sales. We accomplish this by reimbursement to the agent on all sales with Veltri & Associates, Realtors until the lost revenue is recouped. You must have a termination agreement with your current Broker and a copy of your commission check at closing.
Q: What is your policy on education?
A: Members of our company should not undertake an assignment for a client or a customer unless they have the training and experience to do the job well. As a company, we will reimburse salesperson on-half (1/2) of any real estate related educational program, seminar, workshop and convention up to $300 per calendar year and approved in advance by the broker. Submission for educational expenses shall be made on a company expense report and submitted immediately upon completion of the event.
Q: How do you determine the initial compensation split?
A: Depending on the type of compensation plan you choose, we will determine your initial compensation split based upon your previous 12 months’ earnings. Proof is required in the form of either copies of your checks or a copy of your recent 1099 form.
Q: What actions are necessary to join your company?
A: Obtain License from Current Broker (NJ)
- Bring your current Employment Agreement and proof of income
- Complete Independent Contractor's Agreement
- Notify Board of Realtors and MLS
- Order Business Cards
- Order Name Badge

Q: Do I have to pay my own E&O insurance?
A: Yes, just like many other companies due to the high cost of insurance we are forced to ask our associates to pay their premium. Any deductible will be shared in the same way the compensation is shared between you and the company. To offset this cost we have increased our base starting split from 50% to 60%! This way you can make back your investment with the first transaction.
Q: Can I get reimbursed for my printed materials?
A: Yes. We will replace your professionally printed brochures, business cards, and sign riders at no cost to you.
Q: What will you do to promote my affiliation with your company?
A: We will prepare, pay for, and submit a press release of your affiliation with our company and place it with various media outlets. When you provide us with the data we will also notify up to 1000 of your past and present customers of the change.
Q: Will I get help with my transactions?
A: Yes. We will help you be more productive by automatically reminding you of important dates during the course of the transaction. You also have the option to have us totally maintain your files. The option is yours! ... and its FREE!
Q: Do I have to sell other services?
A: No. We believe in the “One-Stop” shopping concept. That's why we started "Veltri Connect". We want you to do what you do best…sell real estate! You'll be at the center of the transaction and have unfettered access to our mortgage and title consultants ensuring a smooth, fully controlled transaction.
Q: Will I have to participate in floor time?
A: Our floor time is very productive. We encourage our associates to opt to have floor time, but it is not mandatory. In addition to up-calls, our associates regularly receive opportunity leads from various sources such as the many Internet leads delivered every day and walk-ins. We have a unique way of handling up calls and we will meet with you and implement a system of lead-capture tailored to your individual needs and experience level.
